Our Service Areas

When our main walk-in freezer went down on a busy Friday evening, I thought we were going to lose thousands of dollars in inventory. The West Coast team dispatched a technician within the hour. They didn't just patch the problem; they ran a full diagnostic, identified a failing defrost control board, and had it replaced by morning. Absolute lifesavers. We won't use anyone else for our cold storage.

We hired West Coast HVAC to retrofit our older property with a multi-zone ductless heat pump system. The technicians were incredibly respectful of the space, used drop cloths everywhere, and the exterior piping was routed flawlessly out of sight. The variable-speed system they recommended is whisper-quiet and our energy bills have already dropped. Highly recommend their engineering team.

Coordinating crane rigging for two massive heavy-duty rooftop units on our distribution center could have been a logistical nightmare, but these guys handled it seamlessly. From the initial thermal load calculations to the final gas pressure calibration, their technical expertise was evident at every step. We’ve already signed an ongoing preventive maintenance contract with them.

Getting our commercial kitchen exhaust and make-up air unit balanced was proving impossible until we brought in West Coast. They actually understood the airflow dynamics of the building, adjusted the motorized dampers, and finally eliminated the negative pressure issues that were causing slamming doors and drafts in the dining room. True professionals who know the commercial codes inside and out.

Managing multiple commercial properties means I need mechanical vendors I can trust blindly. West Coast HVAC is exactly that. Their upfront technical estimates are fully transparent, and they never push for a total system replacement if a solid, engineered repair will solve the issue safely. They are our go-to specialists for everything from furnace repairs to RTU maintenance.

It is rare to find mechanical contractors who are this meticulous. We needed an emergency eyewash station plumbed and our ventilation upgraded to meet strict safety codes. The installers were polite, kept the site spotless, and walked our staff through the digital controls before leaving. Top-tier, uncompromising service.

Our industrial hydronic boiler was constantly short-cycling, and two other companies told us the entire system needed to be replaced. A West Coast technician came out, ran a proper professional diagnostic, and found a faulty aquastat and a circulating pump issue. They fixed it for a fraction of the cost of a replacement. Honest, highly skilled engineers.

Switching our preventive maintenance contract to West Coast has been one of the best operational decisions we've made. Their seasonal tune-ups are incredibly thorough they chemically clean our condenser coils, check the amp draws, and calibrate the thermostats. We haven't had a single unexpected equipment failure or downtime event since we partnered with them.
